ZERO TOLERANCE Culture Grooming Lounge is an inclusive space that is open to everyone. Abuse or discrimination of any kind towards staff or clients will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone and will do so in protection of our people.
CANCELLATIONS Clients can cancel an appointment three hours prior to the time it was scheduled via the Squire booking system, calling in (306.565.2729) or emailing info@culturegroominglounge.com. Cancellations less than three hours prior to the appointment are considered a no-show.
NO-SHOWS A “no-show” is when an appointment is not attended without cancelling or giving notice three hours prior to the scheduled time. We follow a two-strike no-show policy which means after having a second no-show on your client record, you will be required to prepay in order to book any future appointments. When this happens, we look at a client’s entire appointment history and take it into account for possible exceptions.
TARDINESS Clients have until the five-minute-mark after their scheduled appointment time to arrive and still receive their service. Anything past the five-minute-mark, our barbers reserve the right to deem you too late. This is due to the fact that we would not be able to guarantee our best work and that it would not be fair to make the next client wait if they are on time. Certain barbers may make exceptions based on their comfortable speed and difficulty of service.
LARGE PARTY BOOKINGS If you are looking to book appointments for four or more people for a special occasion (wedding, birthday, staff party, etc.), please email info@culturegroominglounge.com. For a large parties, we require a pre-authorized transaction for all services booked at least one week prior to the scheduled date. This does not charge the card on file, only places the funds on hold. The card on file must also be present on the scheduled date in order to charge it or release the funds if using another method of payment.
We encourage the client who is arranging the large party booking to have the number of people, the services required for each person and the desired date. This will be finalized by a confirmation email two weeks prior to the booking date. If any adjustments need to be made, we must be notified one week prior to the booking date. If, for some reason, the number of services or people is less than what was scheduled, we reserve the right to still charge for the full amount in order to make up for our barbers’ time. If the number of services or people needs to be increased less than one week prior to the booking date, we will do our best to accommodate.
